Meet the Artist
I’m Lilou Hli, a multi-passionate creative fueled by early grey, children’s fantasy books, video games, thrifted treasures, gothic victorian atmosphere, flowers, songs, and naps.
I am inspired by the mystical, whimsical, and nature. The light that guides me is rooted in cultivating magic in the mundane, playful creative living, and soul attunement.
Meaning Behind the Name:
Approaching my mid 30s, I realized that in dedicating myself to lighting the path for others, I had forgotten to kindle the flame of my own. Lilou Hli was born to dance with my dreams rather than chase them. Co-creating with myself and the universe, I blend my nickname, Lilou, with the Hmong word for moon, “Hli,” honoring my spiritual connection to it.
